Vinification and Aging
A soft pressing and a static decantation preceded alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature. Aging in bottle for 3 months.
At first sight it appears as a deep brilliant yellow colour. The taste is dry, warm, soft with an excellent persistence that enhances the fragrance previously perceived.
Aperitifs, seafood appetizers and first courses, stewed or grilled fish.
