A soft pressing, a cold and static decantation and fermentation at controlled temperature. Aging in steel and in bottle.
Organoleptic properties
At first sight it appears as a straw yellow colour with green reflections. On the nose hints of white pulp fruits and toasted hazelnut. The taste is balanced and well-structured by the right acidity.

Fresh cheeses, fish or white meat.
