Cent’ore comes from grapes grown on a calcareous soil with a steep slope. In this way we obtain wines with an important taste-olfactory characteristics, for example floral and mineral notes.

Vinification and Aging

A soft pressing and a static decantation precede the beginning of alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of about 12°C, then the wine remains in contact with the fine lees for about 2 months until it is completely limpid and stabilized. Refinement in bottle for about 4 months. Aging in bottle for about 4 months.

Organoleptic properties

At first sight it appears as a straw yellow colour. On the nose it expresses very intense mineral and floral notes with flavour of toasted hazelnuts, broom and magnolia. By aging, also mineral aroma of hydrocarbons grow up. The taste is dry, warm, soft and well-structured balanced by a good freshness and a strong aromatic persistence that enhances the notes perceived on the nose.
